Where did we begin?
Hi! I’m Ellie. I started Henry's Bakehouse, in 2018, with a goal of making amazing, high end bakery products available to everybody. Coming from a family of bakers put me in good stead to create eight varieties of delicious gluten free loaf cakes and so much more!

My favourite flavour is cherry & almond - it’s like bakewell x cake.
