In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 5 working days, please get in touch so that we can look into this.

ALLERGY ADVICE

Details regarding allergens can be found both on the packaging of the product upon arrival, and on the product page.

All of our products are gluten free and vegetarian, and we work from a solely gluten free premises.

All products may contain traces of nuts, peanuts, soya, egg and milk as these are handled in the bakery.

RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not offer returns once your order has been despatched. If you wish to amend your order, please contact us by 5pm on the same day.

If your order arrives damaged, or you are unsatisfied with the quality of your order, please contact us immediately and do not dispose of the damaged item, so that we can arrange a way to resolve the problem.
